Privacy
This page covers derecs.org, the site where you request access to deRECs. It is run by MediaSavior L.L.C. (“deRECs,” “we”), a U.S.-based operator.
What the request form collects
- Your name and email address (required).
- Your organization, your role and what you would use deRECs for, if you choose to give them.
- That you agreed to be contacted by email, the words you agreed to, and when we received the request.
The form has nothing else in it. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads nothing from other websites.
Technical data
To stop automated abuse, the server counts form submissions per IP address for a short window. That count is kept in memory only and is not stored with your request. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs.
How we use it
To review your request for access and to reply to you by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Each request is stored on our server, hosted in the United States. It is then added to a Google Sheet in our Google account, which emails it to our team. Our hosting provider and Google handle it on our behalf and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we review it and stay in touch about access. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Your rights
To access, correct, export or delete your information, or to stop us contacting you, email derecs@mediasavior.com. If you are in the EEA, the UK, California or Nebraska, local privacy law may give you further rights; the same address handles every request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
